Return & Refund Policy

At NutiBuddy, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality nutrition and wellness products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of nutritional, wellness, and consumable products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective or unusable.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has expired before delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with tampered packaging or broken seals.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, NutiBuddy may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Failed Transactions

If an amount is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, the payment will generally be reversed automatically by the payment provider.

In case the amount is not reversed within 7 business days, please contact us.
