All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During periods of high demand, festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Coverage
NutiBuddy currently ships across most locations within India through trusted logistics and courier partners.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and courier serviceability.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
NutiBuddy may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at its sole discretion.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipment details and tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching such orders.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, NutiBuddy shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs of the package, shipping label, and damaged product for verification purposes.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.
NutiBuddy shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, contact information, or other customer-provided details.
10. International Shipping
Currently, NutiBuddy ships only within India unless otherwise specified.
Any future international shipping services will be subject to separate terms, duties, taxes, and customs regulations applicable in the destination country.
